Years ago, hardworking dreamers moving from Mexico in America, got tired of so many struggles but those small successes from washing dishes to cooking and serving, were enough to light up their souls and embark in a quest to make a name for themselves and make the family back in Mexico proud. Coming from Mexico all the way up to Brooksville Florida, they found a town in need of Mexican Flavor and so, on 1997 the first Restaurant Pueblo Viejo was born. Our growth was the product and passion of consistency on great food and customer satisfaction. The passion for a "good, clean, and fair" food and consistency for many years has set their roots with so many regulars across the state and travelers from around the globe.

El Ranchito Mexican Cuban serves genuine mexican cuisine and variety of Cuban entrees at Leesburg Location as Los Cabos Mexican Cuban in Kissimmee, same menu, great locations.  El Ranchito variety of meat choices for tacos, and cuban sandwiches,  but customers can also order Carnitas, Asada Enchiladas and more, as many traditional cuban Entrees. So good, so much to offer. This is great!
